In-Home Support

For people with a disability who are living independently, In-Home Support provides personalised assistance for self-care and daily routine activities. Care is provided at home on a weekly basis.

In-Home Support is available to people in Murray Bridge and the Murraylands.

Clients are supported to develop their skills through:

  • Communicating with others
  • Personal care and hygiene
  • Health and nutrition
  • Meal planning
  • Pet care
  • Shopping
  • Domestic duties and home management
  • Money management
  • Home and personal safety and security
  • Social and recreational activities
  • Respite and more

Clients can access assistance up to two hours a day, seven days a week.

Who is eligible for In-Home Support?

In-Home Support is available to people living independently in the Murray Bridge or Murraylands area. Community Lifestyles accepts any client referred by Disability SA for the Day Options program and will accept anyone who is self-referred for group recreation activities.
